  Absolutely appalling service! Bought a roti maker which was imported from India. To my surprise, it didn't come with an adaptor to be able to use in Australia. When I told the lady, ekta, I was told I cannot get a refund and that I need to buy a seperate adaptor. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY atrocious and the product was not fit for purpose in Australia, I was denied my consumer rights when I was refused a refund. No where was I able to view the plug before purchase and assumed as this is Australia, that it would be able to work in an Australian power point. Also, so many products in the store are out of date and store feels very unhygienic. There is no pricing on most of the products and when my sister in law purchases from that shop (she is a white Australian) she ALWAYS gets an inflated price for the same product we would purchase. Never will go to this store and will go out of my way to tell people heading towards there what to expect before going in.
