  We had the delight of having Mark cater for our rather unique and challenging wedding! Dealing with Mark was super easy, from start to finish. He helped us realise our initial 'family style' idea was not going to work in our venue (table sizes were way too small and we hadn't even thought about that aspect). He helped us develop a fantastic mini degustation menu for our wedding. Our wedding was in the middle of a campground with no electricity and next to no facilities. Many other catering companies thought we were joking but Mark took on this challenge with enthusiasm and the end result was incredible. Mark attended the campsite prior to our wedding to ensure he knew what he had to deal with. He had back up options for his back up options (being in the middle of nowhere...if something goes wrong, there is no help!!). Mark delivered a 5 course degustation for 50 people, in the middle of the bush, with essentially no services. Our speeches ran 45 minutes over time and the food still came out within 10 minutes, piping hot and fresh (I have no idea how he did it!). We had great feedback from all our guests regarding the food. Delicious+++ He even plated our cake (which my mum made) for no extra cost. Our only poor feedback was related to the bar staff. Mark has taken on our feedback extremely well and has subsequently engaged different bar staff for future events. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Dux Nutz catering for any event. He is extremely easy to deal with, has unique ideas that he can pull off and really listens to what you want. Mark really helped make our wedding one of a kind and his food...delicious!
